Terms of Service

1. The service

Mavlow helps teams draft, review, schedule, and publish social posts and related media for their organizations, including optional connections to third-party platforms such as Instagram (via Meta), X, and TikTok. Features may change as we improve the product. Paid use is a simple monthly subscription (currently $10 USD per month) billed via Stripe for Mavlow LLC.

2. Accounts and organizations

New teams join from the Mavlow site via self-serve signup. You create and configure your own organization — brand settings, members, and platform connections. You must use an email you are authorized to use. Organization admins control membership and roles. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload and publish content you have rights to use.
• Do not use Mavlow to spam, harass, scrape, or violate platform rules.
• Follow Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other connected platforms' terms when you connect or publish.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access another org's data.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect Instagram or another platform, you authorize Mavlow to use the permissions you grant (for example profile identity, content publish, and comment management) only to provide the features in your workspace. You can disconnect a platform at any time under Integrations. Platform outages, API changes, or account restrictions on those services are outside our control.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Mavlow LLC a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate Mavlow for your organization. Mavlow, its branding, and the product software remain Mavlow LLC property.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers

Mavlow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI drafts, or successful publish on third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavlow LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risk to the service or other users. You may stop using Mavlow at any time and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Subscription cancellations are handled through the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted at this URL constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
